Do you provide a free consultation?

Goosedown offers a free initial web site consultation for new clients. We'll get to know you and your business, and explore the possibilities together. We will arrange a convenient time and place to meet (if you're in the Triad area), or we can conduct our meeting over the phone. For planning purposes, please allow up to two hours for this initial conversation.

How much will it cost to create or redesign my web site?

The cost varies widely depending on the web site content and functionality. Its somewhat like asking "How much does it cost to build a house?". After our free initial consultation with you we will be able to give you an estimate on cost. Before we begin work on your site you will have a written cost estimate.

How long will it take to create/redesign my web site?

The time it takes to create or redesign a site varies by customer and is directly related to functionality and overall complexity of the site. Once we have determined what your site will require, we will be able to give you a time frame for construction. In general, static (non-dynamic) sites take less time to construct than those requiring custom programming.

What's your payment schedule?

We require 1/2 down to hire us and be placed on our development schedule. The rest of the cost is due when the site goes live.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

Some portions of our services are discounted on a volume basis. For instance, you receive a discount when paying for web hosting or maintenance in advance. We also have a separate fee schedule for charitable nonprofit organizations.
